Overview
This 2 day Train the Trainer Facilitator course offers the opportunity to develop the, skills and understanding to deliver a 1 day Advance Care Planning (ACP) education day to staff in your organisation.
Our Session Includes
- The opportunity to attend the 1 day Advance Care Planning education day prior to the 2 day Train the Trainer course.
- Preparing facilitators to become Advance Care Planning champions, cascading learning, mentoring staff and promoting ACP within their organisation.
- Facilitators can attend annual ACP Facilitator/Champion forum meetings.
- You will be supported and mentored with your personal development in this role.
