Origami Art Workshop ( Thursday 15th May 1:30-3:30pm)
Enjoy learning some basic origami folds and use them to create your own 3D picture to take home.
Origami is the ancient art of Japanese paper folding and is very relaxing and therapeutic to do.
Learning the art of origami is very beneficial for mental health and can provide a focus during the day that is both rewarding and powerful for helping to calm and regulate moods and emotions.
