We’re hitting the road in 2025 with our Future Care Planning Café series!
Join us for the first café of the year on Wednesday, 12th February 2025, from 1:30pm – 3:30pm at Ormsgill Community Centre. Whether you’re a member of the community or just curious, we’d love for you to drop in and start the conversation about future care planning.
This is a FREE session! Tea, coffee, and refreshments will be provided.
We’ll kick things off with a 15-minute introduction to explain the importance of future care planning, followed by a Conversation Café—a relaxed and welcoming space where you can chat with our team, enjoy a cuppa, and get expert advice. 
We’re also delighted to introduce our new No Barriers Here workshops during this session. These exciting workshops explore advanced care planning through arts and creativity, offering a unique and expressive way to reflect on your wishes.
Sometimes finding the right words can be difficult, but through creative activities, we aim to help you explore and communicate your thoughts and preferences in a meaningful, supportive environment.
