Visit the famous Everest Base Camp
Everest is without a doubt the most famous mountain in the world and getting the opportunity to even see it is a magical experience. On this trip you’ll get to trek to over 5,000m above sea level to visit the place where climbers launch their ascents up this great peak. On this trip to Nepal you’ll get to experience the amazing capital, trek amongst some of the most amazing scenery you could imagine and make a whole host of memories you’ll never forget.

Your Trip
Days 1 & 2 are spent leaving the UK and arriving in Kathmandu. Upon our arrival we are transp
Day 3 is spent finalising bits and bobs, before driving 4 hours to the village of Ramechaap.
Day 4 will see us take an internal flight to the famous mountain airport of Lukla. We will then trek for a few hours to the village of Phakding (2,650m).
On Day 5 we gain much more height and head to the Sherpa capital of the Khumbu region, Namche Bazaar (3,440m). Day 6 is also spent at Namche acclimatising. Acclimatisation days usually include a trek of 3-4 hours too.
Day 7 and 8 are 5-6 hour trek days as we head for Dingboche (4,360m). We spend Day 9 acclimatisin
g once more and will take a trek up to 5000m.
Day 10 sees us trek to the village of Lobuche (4910m)
On Day 11 on we head to the infamous Everest Base Camp from Lobuche. Energy levels pending
, you can then head up to Kala Pattar and watch the sun set against Everest.
Day 12 It’s time to return down the trail and we walk to Pheriche Day 13 we have a long 20km day back down to Namche Bazaar
and on Day 14 we make it back to Lukla for a celebratory meal with our trekking team.
All being well we will fly out of Lukla on Day 15 and then drive back to Kathmandu from Ramechaap. The afternoon can be spent in Kathmandu. We will enjoy a celebratory meal on this evening. Day 16 offers another chance to explore Kathmandu and we will go on a half day sight seeing tour also. time. We will aim to leave Nepal on Day 17 unless you are extending your trip and by day 18 you’ll be home.
