Kickstart your New Year with a fresh goal that not only benefits your health but also supports St Mary’s Hospice! Whether you’re taking 10 steps or 10,000, swimming daily, cycling, or even dancing your way into the year, every move counts.
This challenge is for everyone—no matter your fitness level! From your baby’s first steps to daily dog walks or a commitment to boost your fitness, it’s a fun and meaningful way to start the year.
**PLEASE NOTE YOU DON’T HAVE TO START YOUR CHALLENGE ON JANUARY 1ST TO TAKE PART. JUST LET US KNOW WHEN YOU’RE STARTING**
How it Works:
- Sign up and set your daily goal—go as big or small as you like and remember it doesn’t have to be all about walking. You could go running, walking, dancing, cycling, swimming – whatever gets you moving.
- Walk, jog, run, swim or dance at your own pace, anywhere you choose.
- Raise vital funds to support compassionate hospice care in our community.
