Collect your points for St Mary's at Texaco

 

Nick and the team at the Texaco Garage in Ulverston have recently set up a new fundraising scheme that will help towards the St Mary’s Hospice fuel costs.

 

You may already know that Texaco have their own loyalty cards available at most service stations in the UK and run a scheme that gives you 1 point back for every pound you spend.  Once you have accumulated enough points you can exchange them for vouchers to spend on fuel or other goods at any of their service stations.

 

For those customers who do not wish to collect points for themselves, Texaco suggest that you do it for St Mary’s. All you have to do is take one of their loyalty cards, fill in the form to register the card and return using the freepost envelope provided. Then it is as simple as handing your card over every time you purchase anything from a Texaco outlet. Your points will soon add up, and once you have reached a minimum of 500 points you can send off for a voucher. You can then give your voucher directly to St Mary’s, or even easier, drop it off at Ulverston Texaco where it will be used towards the hospice monthly fuel account and your name and donation will be forwarded to St Mary’s.

 

Your participation in this scheme will help to provide transport for patients and our Hospice@Home nurses who carry out house calls to give care to people in the community.
